- Step 1: If you can, try to take a photo or video of the issue you’re experiencing on your phone.
- Step 2: Text the photo or video to our support team by adding (734) 985-0838 to your contacts as Grove Studios. Try to do this within the first 20 minutes of your session so our team has enough time to help you.

- If you would like to make a complaint after your session, please contact info@grovestudios.space and remember we can only offer appropriate compensation if you contact us on chat at the time of the issue.
