What if I need help during my session?
For technical issues during your session, you can contact our support team at info@grovestudios.space or call 734-985-0838. While we're not staffed on-site 24/7, we'll do our best to assist remotely or dispatch someone if necessary.
Do you offer engineering or production services?
We don't have staff engineers on-site, but we can connect you with independent professionals from our network. Please contact info@grovestudios.space at least 4 days before your session to arrange this service (additional fees will apply).
What if equipment isn't working properly?
If you encounter any issues with equipment, please contact us immediately. If the equipment is not functioning correctly (and not due to user error), we may provide credit or adjust your booking as appropriate.
Can I get training on how to use the equipment?
We provide basic instruction sheets in each studio. We also encourage you to use the resources on our support pages to learn how to use the equipment. When in doubt, YouTube is a great resource. We continue to work on expanding our support pages to include tutorials and other learning resources.
