If part of the drum kit has a fault, please message us to get some spares. We carry extra drum keys, felts, beaters, pedals, clutches, stools, skins, and stands on-site, so should be able to replace and remedy most problems. In cases where we are unable to remedy the situation, a credit for your session may be extended.
We are working to implement the use of 'No Nuts' on the cymbal stands so you won't see any of the usual nuts or felts you may have expected. 'No Nuts' are a specific type of hardware design used to secure cymbals without requiring additional wing nuts.
Instead of using traditional wing nuts to fasten the cymbals onto the stand, 'No Nuts' stands have a specialized top part that allows you to slide the cymbal straight onto the stand, and then a built-in mechanism secures the cymbal in place without needing an extra nut to tighten it. This design aims to make it quicker and easier to set up and adjust cymbals on the stand without the hassle of dealing with additional nuts.
