If you have attempted to make a booking but did not get any confirmation that the booking succeeded then it's likely your payment has failed, you may still see this payment on your pending payments for up to 24-hours.

The most common reason for a payment failing is an incorrect billing address postcode/zipcode - this needs to entered exactly as it is registered with your bank in order to pass our post/zip code checks.

When a payment attempt is made, your bank releases the funds into a pending state ready to be collected by the business, however if the payment failed we will not collect the funds and they will return to your account within 24-hours, once your bank realizes the funds will not be retrieved.
